I have read, understood and accept the Model Agreement, the Terms of Use of the Site, as well as the Privacy Policy”, the Contractor agrees with all the provisions of the Model Agreement, the Rules for Using the Site and the Privacy Policy established on the Site.

1.3. The following definitions are used in this Agreement:

Contractor, Model - the person who created the Model Account on the Site in order to provide entertainment services to users of the Site.

Studio - a person (legal or physical) who has created a Studio account on the Website and provides entertainment services for adults independently or under a contract with support@mycamdate.com

Model Account - The account for the Model on the Site.

2.2. The model acts in accordance with this Agreement, the Terms of Use of the site and the Privacy Policy as a provider of the Site Services.

2.3. Having completed the registration process on the Site and created a Model Account, the Model agrees with the following statements:

2.3.1. With the help of this Agreement, the Contractor expresses its interest in providing the Services as a Contractor on the Site in accordance with the established Rules for using the site.

2.3.2. The Contractor is fully responsible for any false disclosure or legal consequences of viewing, reading or downloading any materials presented on this Site. 2.3.3. The Contractor provides the Site Administration with accurate, complete and current registration information. Failure to comply with this requirement means a violation of these Rules and unauthorized access to the Site. Unauthorized access to the Site may lead to the immediate removal of the Model Account

2.3.4. The Contractor shall not provide any illegal, harmful, obscene, racially or ethnically intolerant or any other objectionable content when providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

2.3.5. In order to improve the effectiveness of the above Services, the Contractor is authorized to notify the Site Administration of any failures in the Site, any violations discovered by any other users of the Site of this Agreement and / or the Terms of Use of the site and / or the Privacy Policy.

2.3.6. The Contractor confirms that it provides the Services independently and the Site Administration does not have any authority to manage, subordinate or otherwise authorize the Contractor. Therefore, this Agreement does not determine the place or schedule for the provision of Services by the User. The Site Administration is not responsible for the legality of the content or Services provided by the Contractor.

2.3.7. The Contractor is fully aware that it should provide only legitimate Services in full accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.

2.3.8. Contractors may provide Services in one or more areas / categories available on the Site, which may be amended by the Site Administration without prior notice to the Contractor and other users.

2.3.9. The Contractor claims that the Services will be rendered to them with full autonomy and technical independence. The Contractor is solely responsible for its own actions, videos, audio, chats, dialogs, training videos and tips, implemented and provided by the Contractor on the Site.

2.3.10. The Contractor understands that the services provided should not be regarded as certified by government authorities or by any necessary accreditations. The Contractor is responsible for timely informing users about this fact.

2.3.11. The Contractor understands that in no way is an employee of the Site and / or any other person associated with the Site.

2.3.12. The Contractor undertakes not to provide any illegal or misleading information to the users of the Site and declares that it will act honestly at any time.

2.3.13. The Contractor confirms that all its decisions related to the provision of the Services are made at its sole discretion, and also that such Services do not violate the standards of the local community and any other laws.

2.3.14. The Contractor is fully responsible for his actions and confirms that he is not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and acts of his own free will.

2.3.15. The Contractor claims that he will not take part in any activities related to escort services or prostitution.

2.3.16. The Contractor confirms that when creating the Model Account, the Contractor provided reliable legal documents.

2.3.17. The Contractor also understands that any physical contacts or exchange of contact data with users of the Site is prohibited. Any violation of this obligation will immediately lead to termination of the use of the Contractor by the Site.

2.3.18. The Contractor is notified that the Site Administration may contact any competent authorities to initiate criminal or administrative proceedings.

3.1. Section 3 applies only to Contractors registered with a Studio account.

3.2. The Studio concludes this Agreement in order to provide Services to the Site. For this, the Studio may contract with the Studio models.

3.3. The Studio understands and agrees that the Services provided by the Studio models (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio Model Services") in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded between the Studio and the Studio Model (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") are entertaining in nature and are intended for persons who have reached age of majority in their jurisdiction. 3.4. The Studio acknowledges that it is responsible for determining the terms of the Standard Studio Contract, which the Studio will determine independently without any influence from the Site Administration. 3.5. In order to increase the effectiveness of the Services, the Studio is authorized to use the Site Support Service.

3.7. The studio confirms that it works independently. The Site Administration does not have any authority to manage, subordinate or otherwise authorize with respect to the Studio. Consequently, this Agreement does not define a place of business or schedule for Studio models. The Studio is responsible for the provision of high-quality services by the Studio Models, as well as for full compliance by the Studio Models with the applicable laws.

3.8. The studio acts in accordance with this Agreement as a professional in the implementation of its business activities and, therefore, will be solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes. As a rule, the Studio is obliged to provide invoices for all Services provided to the Site. Such accounts must comply with all applicable local laws. If the Studio cannot provide an invoice to the Site Administration, the latter can create its own account. By accepting these conditions, the Studio agrees that the Site Administration uses the invoice system and accepts every invoice issued by the Site Administration in relation to the Services provided by the Studio.

3.9. The activities of the Studio will not be considered as certified by government authorities or any necessary accreditation. The studio is responsible for ensuring that end users are properly aware of this fact. The Studio accepts that the Studio Models are in no way employees of the Site and / or any other organization associated with the Site.

3.10. The Studio undertakes that, in accordance with the Contract, Studio Models will provide high-quality Services, will not knowingly provide any illegal or misleading information. nicknames of the Site, and will also behave in good faith and professionally.

3.11. The Studio guarantees that Studio Models comply with the requirements of this section, as well as the requirements of Section 2 applicable to Models.

5.3. I confirm that all decisions related to the provision of the Services are made at my discretion or at the discretion of the Studio Model. I am fully responsible for my actions / for the actions of the Studio model under my Account.

5.4. I also declare that I have fully read and agree with the content of this Agreement. The Site Administration, its employees or anyone acting on its behalf did not prompt me to sign this Agreement.

5.5. As I accept the terms of this Agreement, I confirm that the above statements are true and accurate. I also confirm, as the Contractor or as the Studio, that I / Studio models under my Account do not provide slanderous, abusive, threatening, abusive or illegal materials and do not intend to protect immoral interests.

5.6. I also confirm that I will not force anyone to provide Services on the Site and that all Studio Models within the framework of my Account provide Studio Services of their own free will.

5.7. I will not take part in any activities related to escort services or prostitution.

5.8. I also understand that any physical contacts or exchange of contact data with the Site Participants or any other contacts with them is prohibited. Any violation of this obligation will immediately lead to the termination of this Agreement. I am aware that the Site Administration may contact any competent authorities to initiate any criminal or administrative proceedings.

5.9. I hereby confirm that the Site Administration has the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate this Agreement and block any Accounts at the slightest suspicion of improper behavior of the Model / Studio / Member.

5.10. I also confirm the right of the Site Administration and / or any other person specified by the Site Administration to full compensation for all losses caused by my illegal behavior or violation of this Agreement.

6.1. The Studio is responsible for ensuring that Studio Models, in accordance with the Contract, allow the Site Administration to verify their personal data and / or the content published by them on the Site.

6.2. The Studio is obliged to provide the Site Administration with the opportunity to collect, process and transmit personal data of Studio models (including confidential data, such as data related to religious and political beliefs, sexual preferences, etc.).

6.3. The Studio ensures that the Studio Models provide the Site Administration, including, but not exclusively, the following types of personal data / information:

• names, email address, address, date of birth and other account information provided through the Contractor’s registration form;
• attributes of software and hardware, as well as any other data that can be obtained from a common Internet environment, such as browser type, IP address, etc .;
• personal messages, such as phone calls, chat logs, faxes and letters with the staff of the Site Administration. The Site Administration maintains chat logs for a limited period of time.

6.4. The Studio is responsible for properly informing Studio Models that the Site Administration stores data collected on an electronic level for the purposes of this Agreement, as well as for the provision of Services on the Site and the implementation of public interests.

6.5. The Studio is responsible for properly informing Studio Models that the Site Administration is taking serious security measures to ensure maximum protection of all data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or deletion.

7.1. The Contractor / Studio account displays all information regarding the income of the Contractor / Studio from the services provided, settlements with the Site Administration, statistics and other relevant information.

7.2. The Contractor / Studio understands and accepts that the amounts payable will correspond to a certain percentage (varying depending on the type of service) of the selected payment option (i.e. a certain percentage of the price paid by users of the Site). The Contractor / Studio understands and accepts that its compensation will be limited to the aforementioned payment and that it will not be paid royalties for any original content uploaded by it to the Site, or for any content that it broadcasts. The Contractor fully understands and acknowledges that users of the Site are exclusively customers of the Site.

7.3. The payment period for the Contractor / Studio for the Services provided is 7 days. At the same time, payments are made every Friday for the earnings of the previous week, with the following restrictions: the minimum payment amount is $ 50 for models. If by the end of the payment period the income of the Model / Studio Model is less than the above amount, payment for the Services will be suspended until the minimum payment amount is reached.

7.4. Payments for the services provided are made weekly through Paxum, ePayService.

7.5. Credit card fraud is a crime. The Site Administration will do its best to help local and international authorities track down the perpetrators of such crimes.

8.1. Performers

8.1.1. The Contractor expressly permits the Site Administration to track, record and record all its online activities on the Site (including chat, video, email, etc.).

8.1.2. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that all rights to materials added by the Contractor to the Site (photos, videos, etc.), including, but not limited to, copyrights, will be the exclusive property of the Site Administration.

8.1.3. Mandatory requirements for the profile photo of the Contractor:

• lack of demonstration of nudity (cuts of lingerie are acceptable);
• a photo of good quality (it is not blurry, not grainy and clear);
• the photo shows only the Contractor (no other people, and even pets, nearby);
• the Contractor is shown on the photo (photographs of other people, images of cartoon characters, animals, anime style images are not allowed);
• the photo does not contain prohibited content (minor sexual activity, bestiality, pedophilia, incest, blood demonstration, offensive content, advertising materials, logos, signatures, etc.).

8.2. The studio agrees with the following:

8.2.1. I agree, and, depending on the circumstances, I am responsible for ensuring that Studio Models agree with the Contract, so that the Site Administration can also use, publish, distribute, edit, extract, demonstrate and otherwise use the name of the Studio Model (real or fictitious ), image, voice, chat, video, audio, uploaded original content, other information and identification in all, without exception, the means and methods that are currently known, for use anywhere, without restriction, including for advertising.

8.2.2. I agree, and, depending on the circumstances, I am responsible for ensuring that Studio Models agree with the terms of the Contract, according to which the Site Administration can edit images of Studio Models, their voice, chat, video, audio, downloaded original content, other information added by them to the Site.

8.2.3. I agree, and, depending on the circumstances, I am responsible for ensuring that Studio models agree on the basis of the Contract with the fact that images can be made from their videos. Studio models provide the Site Administration and any assignees, licensees of the Site with the right to use such images without additional payment to me / Studio Models, in print publications, digitally on the Internet, on a CD or any other medium without restrictions.

9.1. The rules below must be followed by all Contractors services through the Site. Studios will ensure that Studio Models also abide by the rules below.

9.2. Contractors must have a valid and approved registration on the Site. The Contractor or Studio Model appearing in the camera area or in photographs through the Site must be registered under the appropriate Account.

9.3. Broadcasting a pre-recorded video or still image instead of a live broadcast from the camera is against the rules of the Websites. A violation of the rules is considered a violation of this Agreement and may lead to a cash deduction, suspension of the Account, immediate ban from the Sites or termination of payments.

9.4. Providing and requesting personal information, including personal data of users and Contractors, is contrary to the Agreement and the Terms of Use of the site. E-mail addresses outside the Site, identifiers of Internet messengers (such as: Yahoo!, Skype, etc.) are considered personal information and may not be requested and / or provided.

9.5. Any type of personal contact with users of the Site, extortion, prostitution, a request for any form of compensation is contrary to the Agreement and the Terms of Use of the site.

9.6. Sexual acts relating to minors, bestiality, pedophilia, incest, demonstration of blood and imitation of the above are contrary to the Agreement and the Terms of Use of the site.

9.7. Advertising of other websites or services is strictly prohibited, if this is not permitted in writing by the Site Administration.

9.8. The faces of the Performers should be visible and recognizable in the camera area and in photographs all the time (showing only body parts is unacceptable).

9.9. Sleeping in the camera area is prohibited.

9.10. In case of violation of this Agreement and / or the Rules of the Site, the Contractor will be first warned by the Site Administration. In the case of a gross violation, the Site Administration reserves the right to fine the Contractor / Studio without prior warning.

9.11. The Site Administration will immediately close the Contractor's account in case of the above violations:

• Minors, children in the field of view of the camera
• Urination, defecation, “go to the bathroom”, enema, vomiting, breastfeeding
• Menstrual bleeding
• Illicit drugs or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in a particular region
• Excessive consumption of alcohol or other legal or prescribed drugs or drugs.
• Incest (sexual relations involving family members)
• Broadcast a pre-recorded video or photo instead of a live broadcast from the camera
• Violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic suffocation or any action related to self-harm in any way
• Discussion or organization of prostitution services

• Discussion or organization of pedophilia

9.12. The Site Administration reserves the right to suspend and / or close the Model Account in case of repeated violation by the Contractor of the rules.

9.13. This basic list of rules is not exclusive and does not contain all possible serious violations of this Agreement. Consequently, an action not mentioned above may also qualify as a violation of this Agreement.

10.1. Any of the parties may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason or without it, after prior and explicit notice sent in writing (including e-mail) to the other party with a minimum duration of five working days. The Site Administration may immediately terminate this Agreement in the event of a serious violation of its terms by the counterparty without prior notice.

10.2. The Site Administration and / or any other person specified by the Site Administration has the right to full compensation for all losses caused by the Contractor’s illegal behavior.

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with domestic law of the United Kingdom. The behavior of the Contractor / Studio / Studio Models may be governed by other local, state, and national laws.

12.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Contractor / Studio and the Site Administration, replacing any previous agreements, documents or messages between the Contractor / Studio and the Site Administration regarding the issues discussed in this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this part shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.

12.2. Failure to comply with this Agreement may lead to termination of the use of the Contractor by the Site.

12.3. The Site Administration may amend this Agreement at any time by posting on the Site a revised version instead of this document. The latest revision will be indicated at the top of this document and takes precedence over all previous versions. The Contractor agrees to periodically review these Rules in order to be aware of such changes. If any change to the Contractor is unacceptable, the Contractor may stop using the Site and delete its Model Account. Any further use by the Contractor of the Site after the date of entry into force of any such changes to the Agreement means acceptance of all such changes.
